A month ago Frank Tobias showed us the Xperia N concept phone, an Android 4.0 device with 3 capacitive buttons at the bottom. Now he completes his work, by revealing to us the back side of the phone. Overall, this model reminds me of the Xperia Ion quite a bit.
Sony Xperia N, a Dual Core 2 GHz Phone That Reminds Me of the Xperia Ion
Frank wants the Xperia N to have a dual core 2 GHz processor, 1GB of RAM and a 15 megapixel camera with LED flash at the back. He also promises future pics of the device, so stay tuned for extra info. As you can see, the camera, flash and Sony (Ericsson) logo are all lined up at the back and I guess that the extra dot above the logo is the speaker (hope I’m not mistaking). A close look at the device reveals what looks like an edge to edge screen and although Frank didn’t mention anything about it, I expect here a 4 inch or 4.3 inch display with 720p resolution.
There’s also a camera button on the side and one the same side we have the discrete volume buttons. At the top there’s the ON/OFF button and the audio jack, while the microUSB button is either on the side opposed to the volume buttons or at the top as well. What do think about this model? Does it fit with the current Sony Xperia design direction?
