HTC M7 2013 Flagship Gets Fresh Renders, Specs
Hasan Kaymak sent us his vision on the HTC M7, the 2013
flagship that HTC is expected to showcase at MWC 2013 or CES 2013.
Hasan also created a very nice community and page called HTC Concepts, that I invite you to strongly support, since we like the idea. Back to the M7, this is what the handset could look like:
We’re dealing with a new generation HTC smartphone with a 4.7 inch
display and a cool metallic design. HTC M7 runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean
with HTC Sense 5.0, it has two speakers at the lower
side, possibly with new Beats Audio tech. The HTC concept seems to be
very thin and elegant and it comes with a 2.1 megapixel front camera, a
4.7 inch 1080p SLCD 3 display, a 13 megapixel rear camera and a 1.7 GHz
quad core processor. My money’s on a quad core Snapdragon S4 Pro, maybe
even a newer version with a newer GPU.
There should also be a 2300 mAh battery on board according to the designer of the HTC M7, who let us speculate on these specs. HTC One X was very loved when it first appeared and I expect a similar treatment for this new model. HTC is not doing so well right now, so they could really use hit, more than one actually. Will this model deliver?

Sony Xperia Walkman Has Midrange Specs, Great Audio Features
Designer Sanjaya Kanishka imagined a brand new Sony Walkman phone, one
that adopts the Xperia branding and has some midrange features. The
focus here is rather on the audio side, then on high end hardware. The
phone relies on a dual core Krait processor, a Snapdragon S4 at 1 GHz,
working with 1 GB of RAM.
Sony Xperia Walkman adopts the traditional Sony design, that involves glossy plastic, plus the brand new round side buttons that we saw on the Xperia E. There are no physical or capacitive keys upfront, being replaced with virtual buttons. Also the handset’s top is sloped on the front, just like on the Xperia T and J. This device features a 3.7 inch LED backlit TFT screen with a 480 x 854 pixel resolution, Sony Sensor on Lens technology and Mobile Bravia Engine 2 tech. At the back there’s a 5 megapixel camera with Exmor R sensor and LED flash.
This is an Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean music phone with Sony’s TimeScape UI 2.0, 8 GB of storage and HDMI via MHL. On the audio side we’ve got a ton of goodies, like SRS dual mobile speakers, Sony xLOUD engine, 2.1 virtual surround sound, HD voice with noise cancelation and a brand new Walkman player. The back side of the Sony Xperia Walkman is impressive, since it’s coated with matte rubber plastic with very good grip. More details are available in the source link below, if you’re wondering, but overall this is a very good music phone.
