I have to admit I’ve missed Nokia concepts lately, while being
drowned in a sea of Samsung Galaxy S IV renders. Luckily Khoa Do Vinh
has a new Nokia for us, dubbed K1-00 and this is actually a phablet, not
a phone. Enjoy!
The Nokia K1-00 phablet features a 5.9 inch AMOLED screen with
Gorilla Glass protection and PureMotion HD+ ClearBlack technology.
There’s also 32 GB of storage and a TI OMAP 3630 1 GHz CPU, plus a
PowerVR SGX530 GPU. There’s a USB 3.0 port on board and a 41 megapixel
camera with Carl Zeiss optics and optical image stabilizaiton.
Pureview technology is here, with autofocus and dual LED flash. The surprising bit? This Nokia phablet runs MeeGo 1.2 Harmattan, an OS we thought was dead and buried. The back side of the device looks a bit sci-fi, almost like spaceship or a complicated camcorder… What do you think about this device and most of all MeeGo?
